Manualy for hotels and companies offering accommodation and conference rooms
Registration of the company providing accommodation and conference premises
The registration form will be displayed after you click on the link Registration in the link Companies with conference premises. Based on your registration you will be sent login data (the name and password within 3 days).
After you have received the login data you can login in the right upper section by filling in the name and password. Thus you will have an access to the following services:
- update of data about conference and accomodation services
- change of pictures order
- entry of a pictures description
- statistics view
Update of data about accommodation and conference services
The data can be updated after login in the link Company (contact data – phone no, address, email, www page,…) or in the link Services (information about accomodation prices, conference premises, capacity of the premises and other provided services).
Adding photos and their descriptions
and the change of photos order
It is possible to add the photos after login in the link Photos – Add new photos. You can add photos in data formats JPG, PNG or GIF only. After adding your photos you can add descriptions to them by means of button Adjust description then in the form fill in the Name of the picture and the Description of the picture. The already entered texts can be added the same way.
It is possible to change the order of photos by pulling the photo (in the link Photos). The first 2 photos are displayed together with the description of conference and accomodation services.
Change of the password and information about the user
After login in the system please click in the section Settings in the left menu on the particular link according to the data to be changed.
Order of hotel display when searching
On the first place in hotel database are displayed hotels, which have ordered also hotel's logo service on www.hotely.sk and www.konferencie.sk The order is generated randomly once a day and it is valid during the following day
